Our Client Group
We provide home based care services to a wide variety of clients aged 18+ from different backgrounds, with a wide variety of care and support needs. Our approach focuses on dignity, compassion, satisfaction, and the general wellbeing of our clients who include the following.
Our Client Group Includes but is not limited to:
- Care Leavers, and/or any young people aged 18+, leaving care and needing ongoing care, and support.
- Individuals with autism.
- People with learning and physical difficulties.
- People with mental health needs requiring ongoing emotional wellbeing support and/or other therapeutic support.
- Individuals with complex health care needs.
- Individuals with communication needs such as selective mutism.
- People with sensory impairments.
- Older people with Dementia, Parkinson, and other health conditions
- Individuals with eating disorders.
- Individuals discharged from hospitals and/or mental health units needing ongoing support to manage their everyday life in the community.
