Both Full and Part-time hours available as well as Flexible working patterns to meet individual circumstances. Candidate specialist knowledge skills and experience
- Experience in working with Young Adults in Supported Living Settings
- Experience or desire to work with older people
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, to keep accurate clients’ records
- Basic IT skills, including use of Smartphones
- Experience of working with vulnerable individuals with different care needs
- Ability to interact with clients to find creative ways of providing active support and enabling them to live more independently where possible.
- Effective communication in working closely with other staff
- The ability to “think on feet” and make immediate decisions as required, e.g. knowing when to seek medical help for customers and refer to Management.

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or working towards NVQ Level 2 is an advantage (or willingness to undertake as part of the role)
- An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
- Having a valid Driving Licence and access to a car is an advantage.
