Role Overview:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will take a leadership role in delivering exceptional care and support services. You will mentor team members, oversee care plans, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Perform hands-on care duties, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Monitor client progress, identifying and responding to changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Lead by example in adhering to company policies and fostering a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record in a care role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working toward).
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Compassionate, reliable, and able to motivate and inspire a team.
